粉碎操作單元是整套工藝的核心。粉碎機(jī)是確定農(nóng)藥粉碎細(xì)度工藝流程配置的關(guān)鍵，依據(jù)農(nóng)藥的特性、實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)及工程應(yīng)用實(shí)例，選用氣流粉碎機(jī)或微粉碎機(jī)，其粉碎所需的進(jìn)料粒度一般為60—325目。根據(jù)產(chǎn)品特性及生產(chǎn)工藝情況，確定本工藝設(shè)計(jì)方案主要由：⑴混合、⑵粉碎、⑶混合、⑷包裝、⑸除塵系統(tǒng)。

1、混合：將物料按所需比例分別投入混合機(jī)；混合機(jī)將物料連續(xù)混合均勻，使物料達(dá)到適合粉碎所需的物料狀態(tài)，以利粉碎（特殊物料需添加增加物料流動(dòng)性的介質(zhì)）。

4、包裝：將成品通過負(fù)壓的方式輸送至包裝機(jī)完成包裝。

5、除塵系統(tǒng)：保證在生產(chǎn)過程中粉塵的回收，達(dá)到潔凈生產(chǎn)和廢氣排放的環(huán)保要求。
